1. Who are the artists behind the ceramics?
All our ceramic works are created by established, professional artists. Each piece is signed and comes with information about the artist, ensuring you own a unique work of art with a known provenance.
2. How are the ceramics packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care in packaging. Each piece is meticulously wrapped using premium, eco-friendly materials like bubble wrap, foam, and custom-fit cardboard stabilizers within a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely.
3. What is your return policy?
Due to the fragile and unique nature of handmade ceramics, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our care instructions and ask any questions before purchasing.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack with great care, but damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement if available or a store credit or a refund.
5. Is each piece exactly like the product photo?
Yes and no. In most cases yes as the work is one of a kind, but if its from a series As each piece is handmade, there will be natural variations in glaze patterns, subtle texture, and size. This makes every ceramic work unique. The product photos represent a specific example, but your piece will be its own one-of-a-kind work of art.
6. How should I care for my ceramic piece?
Most of our functional works are food-safe and dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing to preserve the glaze and integrity long-term. Keep pieces away from direct extreme temperature changes (e.g., placing a hot dish in cold water) to prevent cracking.
7. Are the ceramics functional or decorative?
We offer both. The product description will clearly state if a piece is intended for functional use (like dinnerware or vases) or is purely a sculptural, decorative art object.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
No, WE SHIP only TO ADDRESSES in India.
9. Can I commission a custom piece?
We do not currently offer a direct commissioning service. However, our collection is constantly rotating as our artists create new works. Follow us on instagram to see the latest arrivals.
10. How do I know a piece will fit my space?
Every product listing includes detailed dimensions (height, width, depth). We recommend measuring your space and comparing it to these dimensions to ensure a perfect fit.
